*Project Description:*	Conversion of an existing 6,000 sf industrial space into a new residence. Work to include wooden truss repairs, new concrete deck, tuckpointing, new roof, exterior windows, interior partitions, cabinets, interior finishes and complete replacement of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Installation of a new residential elevator is also part of the project.
