*Project Description:*	Complete interior renovation of existing lobby and hallways in an assisted care facility for the elderly. Work includes mechanical relocations, fire alarm, electrical, and fire protection. The lobby work includes the installation of finished oak ceilings, beams, columns and paneling. After construction documents were completed and bids received from trade contractors, Brown Building Company provided value engineering ideas. The Owner accepted (7) value engineering items generating $47,000 in savings. Demolition has been completed and the project is on schedule for an April 2000 completion.
