*Project Description:*	Interior buildout of a 1,700 square foot coffee shop in Hyde Park on the campus of the University of Chicago. This project included complete interior demolition, new partitions, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. The emphasis of the project is the interior finishes, including extensive custom architectural millwork. Brown Building Company generated 17 value engineering items, allowing the Owner to proceed with construction. From its first involvement with the project, Brown Building Company monitored the construction schedule, and all timelines were met.
