In his professional career, Patrick developed a strong foundation in construction planning, coordination, cost control, quality, and project supervision, enhanced by a strong architectural background. With over 10 years of construction management experience, her has been involved with numerous project types ranging from large public sector projects to private corporations, retail, restaurant, and high-end residential projects.

This $500,000 project was completed February 28, 2006. Timberline Knolls consisted of the interior renovation to four buildings to become an adolescent rehabilitation center.

$1.2 million, interior buildout of a 6,500sf restaurant and deli.

 $3.5 million, interior buildout of 38,000sf including 18 bowling lanes, three bars and a 300-seat restaurant

$1.2 million, interior buildout of a 4,500sf penthouse residence.

$300,000, complete renovation of existing 3,000sf retail space.

$7.3 million, 14,000 sf new second story addition and renovation to the existing 33,000 sf building.

$1.7 million, 7,500 sf bathhouse and fitness center adjoining Norridge Park District's existing outdoor swimming facility.

$300,000 parking lot renovation.

$500,000, 4,500 sf renovation of existing bar/restaurant.

$2,200 sf interior build-out of restaurant.

$212,000, 1,700 sf, interior build-out on the campus of the University of Chicago.

$400,000 interior renovation of existing lobby and hallways.

$1.4 million, 6,500 sf high-end interior restaurant build-out.

$2.5 million, removal and replacement of two exterior ice skating rinks and interior alteration/additions to existing facility.

A new $1.2 million state-of-the-art ice skating rink facility. Although the project was a lump-sum, competitively bid project, we were able to offer $137,000 in value engineering/cost reduction savings back to the Elmhurst YMCA. Project was successfully completed in 14 weeks. 

New $14 million wellness center and professional office building. Involvement at project conception provided necessary pre-construction services such as cost estimating, constructability reviews, and scheduling coordination.

$61 million, 220,000 square foot facility at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus. The construction consisted of two new four story buildings to house laboratories, environmental rooms, lecture rooms, and administrative and faculty offices. Project site utilization and logistics were crucial to the successful completion of this project.

$3 million, 3,500 square foot interior renovation of a penthouse residence. This two and a half year long project included major structural modifications as well as complete replacement of all the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project also included state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment with fully automated systems throughout the space.

$2 million, 10,000 square foot interior build-out of a treatment center in the Cardinal Bernadine Cancer Center. The project consisted of 12 high dose treatment rooms, exam rooms, clean rooms, administrative offices, and ornately finished waiting room.

Build-out of a 1,500 square foot retail space. This project included two new examination rooms, production laboratory, and a new showroom that has become the standard of design for future facilities.

An addition to an existing restaurant including a new banquet room, restrooms, storage, and gathering space. This project was completed in just 4 months with a winter construction start.
